Introducing Healthy Foods at Thanksgiving

ICYMI, I had the chance to write a guest post on Nutrition Nuptials, a blog by fellow dietitian, Mandy Unanski Enright. Her blog is all about helping couples create healthy habits. I always love sharing great resources from other dietitians, and this is one of them!

Mandy is part of the Nutrition Entrepreneurs practice group with me, and she invited me to share some thoughts on introducing healthy foods at Thanksgiving. Yes, it is possible to be healthy at Thanksgiving. It just takes a little thoughtfulness on what to bring and how to encourage others to try it.

I’d love for you to check out her blog and my tips. Let me know what you think!
